Welcome to River & Root. By using our website and purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

River & Root is an independent yoga brand based in the United Kingdom. All products are offered subject to availability, and we may change, discontinue, or update items at any time.

These Terms apply to all online purchases and do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

2. Orders & Contract Formation

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt. This confirmation is not acceptance of your order.
A binding contract is formed once payment is processed and your order is dispatched.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if:
- Stock is unavailable
- A pricing or product description error has occurred
- We cannot process your payment

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering, using the payment options shown on our site.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within two working days, balancing efficiency and care. Delivery times vary by location.
Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.
We are not responsible for delays beyond our control (e.g. strikes, weather, customs, supply chain issues).
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

5. Returns & Withdrawals

We want you to love your River & Root products. If you change your mind, you may return your purchase within 30 days of receiving it.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original packaging.
Please contact us at info@rootandriveryoga.com before returning any item.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
Unless the product is faulty or damaged, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
If returned items are not in saleable condition, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount or refuse it.

6. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

Please notify us within 7 days of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

7. Gift Cards & Promotions

Gift cards and discount codes are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and valid only within the stated period.
Promotional offers cannot be combined unless otherwise specified.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and designs — belongs to River & Root Yoga Ltd. and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.
Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for your order.

10. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for failure or delay in fulfilling obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control (including natural disasters, strikes, supply chain interruptions, or government actions).

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
